Job Description

  • Responsible for understanding and resolving any staff issues, questions, or workplace disputes
  • Responsible for ensuring that disciplinary actions related to accommodation incidents are taken as per the company police and UAE labor law
  • Responsible for updating oracle with correct information related to resignations, terminations, and annual leaves. This needs to be done promptly to ensure everything is current and correct
  • Responsible for resolving staff queries raised on ESP within SLAs
  • Responsible for escalating any issue which is against the rules and UAE labor law to your line manager immediately
  • Responsible for always ensuring data confidentiality
  • Handling queries of TG Site staff in a timely and professional manner
  • Failure to update the disciplinaries or termination dates has direct financial impact

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in roles where a high volume of staff handling is involved
  • Word -Basic
  • PowerPoint – Basic
  • Excel – Advanced
  • Power BI – Basic
  • SharePoint – Basic
  • Advanced English speaking and writing level
  • Systems analysis skillset to quickly understand how databases, systems, and processes work, always seeking to improve efficiencies as well as making the most of the information available
