Job Description

  • Create visually stunning and engaging content across various social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and Meta, to drive the online presence of the hotel.
  • Operate professional photography and videography equipment, as well as editing software, to create engaging content for social media promotional purposes.
  • Writing appealing text captions to accompany high-quality images and videos.
  •  Develop content plans and curate monthly content calendars that aggregates the activity of the hotel and align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Food & Beverage leaders to obtain consolidated content for the social media channels of the hotel’s restaurants.
  • Schedule and publish content on all channels, optimizing timing and frequency to maximize reach and impact.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns events and day-to-day activities.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments, queries, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor brand’s reputation and online presence, ensuring relevant engagements, and managing content effectively.
  • Utilize social listening tools to measure the online presence of our brand, collecting data and insights to influence content strategy.
  • Support the marketing team at live and online events, capturing high-quality videos and photos for promotional use.
  • Produce short video content on a regular basis to drive the social media posts.
  • Stay up to date with latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including SEO, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
  •  Maintain weekly and monthly analysis reporting of all channels and campaign tracking to evaluate the ROI of the existing activities.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using professional photography and videography equipment, editing software such as Zoom, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and CapCut, etc.
  • Solid knowledge of social media platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms, and their specific requirements for content creation and engagement.
  • Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt the brand’s voice across different platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms for scheduling, publishing, and measuring content performance.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with professional camera expertise and qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
