Job Description
- Accurately enter new contracts into Salesforce.
- Maintain and update existing contracts within the system.
- Ensure all contract data is correctly recorded and easily accessible.
- Regularly audit the contract database to ensure information integrity.
- Verify that all contracts are up-to-date and properly signed by all necessary parties.
- Ensure that all contractual obligations are clearly documented and understood.
- Track key contract milestones and deadlines.
- Create reports on contract and module usage and number of contracts created
- Liaise with local market teams and internal HQ departments to ensure alignment on contract terms and performance
- Serve as the point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issues.
- Stay updated on best practices in contract management and Salesforce usage.
- Propose and implement improvements to contract management processes and systems.
- Participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred or/+ 4-5 years work experience in a related field
- Sales experience, or experience in supporting a field sales organization desired
- Strong team player, with cultural awareness & understanding required
- Numerate and analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret reports
- Proven experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role
- Strong efficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Excellent organizational skills with keen eye for detail
- Exceptional communicational skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Familiarities with pricing models, legal contracts and sales policies is a plus
