Job Description

  •  Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, proposals, contracts, and reports. Ensure all sales-related information is accurately recorded and updated in Sales Force system.
  •  Prepare month end reports, maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts. Prepare regular reports for the Sales Manager, providing account performance.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about our services and amenities. Assist with coordinating client visits, site inspections, and meetings.
  • Schedule and organize site inspections for potential clients, ensuring all details are meticulously planned. Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare the resort for the visit, including housekeeping, F&B, and guest services.
  •  Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to refine sales strategies and maximize market share.
  • Ensure clients receive VIP treatment throughout their visit. Coordinate special touches such as personalized welcome amenities, room upgrades, and private transportation to enhance their experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five star hotels, who will have a reputation of being a trusted and a collaborative partner of the business.
  • He/She must be presentable, highly dedicated and a great team player with a passion for quality service and must be willing to work flexible hours.
  • Should be able to establish good relationships with potential clients, in depth understanding of the luxury market and clientele’s expectation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office excel and sales force software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
