Job Description

  • You must act as an ambassador for the resort, displaying a great sense of style and integrity and conveying to the guest a sense of knowledge and assurance.
  • ou will have an immaculate personal presentation and be passionate about developing the team.
  • In addition, you will be quality-driven, skilled, and confident in handling conflict resolution, positive with keen senses, decisive, and articulate in communication style.
  • Highly organized and used to working in a high-volume operation, you must be very hands-on, highly visible, and approachable and walk the walk when it comes to integrity and leadership.

Requirements:

  • Ideally, we’d love you to have a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or other relevant discipline and 5 years of experience as a senior operator of an international and well-known luxury hotel or resort.
