Job Description

  • Monitor web analytics as per principal guidelines.
  • Incorporate Best Practices online to ensure online to offline flow.  
  • Manages Online Merchandising – Category Listing
  • Prepare reports and analyse conversion numbers.
  • Manage promotion execution on the platform.
  • Building strong relationship with internal and external teams, especially the Buying and other brand teams
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis
  • Website audits for ensuring the website is up to date with the latest products and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Good working knowledge / experienced user of an eCommerce content management system
  • Passion and product knowledge and love of M&S brand and heritage

  • Bachelor’s degree (Masters Preferred)
  • 3-4 years’ experience in fashion in Range/category or previous company experience at the same level
