Job Description

  • The successful candidate will be required to teach across KG phase. It is desirable that the person has experience and interest in leading a variety of music ensembles, both vocally and/or instrumentally.
  • Applicants to be fully qualified teachers with exceptional subject knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent practical experience in music education of at least two years. Additionally, up to date knowledge of procedures related to the care and protection of children.
  • . The successful candidate should be keen to make a significant impact in this area and have the vision to develop this in the Department.

Requirements:

  • A confident, versatile musician and teacher keen to contribute to the extensive enrichment and extra-curricular program within the school.
  • Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents. 
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Qualifications in a chosen instrument / voice. Preferably with piano accompaniment skills.
  • Experience of teaching music at Primary music, with a proven record of success.
