Job Description

  • Updated accurate salaries and bank details ensuring salaries are processed correctly
  • Timely submission of cash requests, claims and expenses made towards passes and permits
  • Maintain accuracy in application of visa, medical, passes
  • Closely working with account management team on Transition Planning for Onboarding/Offboarding Projects
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of the following HR services to the end client; recruitment and hiring, employment visa (new, renewals, cancellations), passport and visa services, payroll services, onboarding and offboarding, disciplinary and performance management, Oracle workflow and processing and ad hoc HR requests
  • Ensure all tasks are aligned to the agreed SLA with the teams
  • Support in weekly and monthly reports on admin activities and status as and when required
  • Follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the each of the assigned accounts
  • Understand how the individual work schedules are aligned to the team schedule to meet the deadlines
  • Assist in the disciplinary issues arising from employees in conjunction with client HR
  • Track and maintain records of employees pertaining to their life cycle (personal documents, passes and permits, medical insurance, lifecycle documents etc.
  • Data Dump Management and using reports to enable efficiency in work
  • Participate in Continuous improvement initiatives to bring efficiency and savings

Requirements:

  • Should be aware of the Basic UAE Labor laws and processes.
  • Minimum English Language Level 4 (by Transguard Group Standards)
  • Min 1-2 years of administrative experience (HR knowledge is an advantage)
  • Should be organized with the ability to re-prioritize and multitask.
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Exposure to HRMS system will be an advantage
  • Good computer skills with experience in using all MS office tools
