Job Description
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the camp, including cleanliness, maintenance, and security.
- Ensure all facilities (water, electricity, air conditioning, etc.) are functioning properly and address any maintenance issues promptly.
-Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for the camp. - Lead and manage the camp staff, including cleaners, and maintenance personnel.
- Ensure all staff follow health and safety guidelines.
- Provide training and development to camp staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards as per UAE laws and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the camp facilities.
- Handle emergency situations, such as medical issues or safety hazards, promptly and effectively.
- Address and resolve any resident concerns or complaints.
- Monitor the well-being of residents, ensuring a comfortable living environment.
- Facilitate recreational activities and ensure residents’ morale is maintained.
- Maintain accurate records of residents, including check-in/check-out logs and occupancy reports.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on camp operations, maintenance needs, and any incidents to management.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office)
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
