Job Description

  • With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues
  • Where you will be responsible in assisting the IRD manager lead the team to give exceptional service and ensure that room service operations will run smoothly.
  • With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Room Service Supervisor to join the One&Only F&B team at  The One&Only The Palm Hotel in Dubai.

Requirements:

  • Suitable candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in the same capacity in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment and has a previous room service experience.
  • Has a strong exposure in handling busy room service operations and dealing with high profile and diverse clientele.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and challenging working environment, who can lead, supervises, and motivates his/her staff in all aspect of service to the highest professional standards with care and attention to detail and in accordance with the standard operating procedures established.

  • Excellent spoken and written English is required, and additional language will be highly regarded in this role.
