Job Description

To play a significant role in setting aims and objectives for Islamic education and in formulating the School Development Plan.
To assist SLT l for Islamic in Islamic self-review and evaluation, and in the effective planning and management of resources to secure improvements.
To lead with the Academy’s Mission, Vision and Values at the center of all decision making.

Bachelor of Arts in Islamic Studies (or equivalent)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably in a leadership position and has been teaching Islamic education
Teacher qualifying Certification
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build relationships with students and colleagues and contribute to wider school life.
Professional commitment to becoming an exceptional teacher.
A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents
