Job Description

  • Managing all kinds of customer requests to facilitate CAFM functionalities for multiple projects
  • Work closely with the Helpdesk Manager and CAFM Engineer to architech solutions for new projects and bids
  • Interface with IT team of CAFM software company and keep the CAFM system upto speed with latest technologies and upgrades
  • Managing all types of configurations for CAFM software
  • Designing reports using Crystal Reports, Concept Reports and MS Power BI
  • Developing SQL/MySQL queries for performance improvement, troubleshooting and report creation.

Requirements:

  • 3 years minimum experience as a user of any CAFM application with enhanced technical skills to manage CAFM modification and creation requests
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Facility Management particulalry in using FSI Concept Evolution System
  • Ideally a degree holder in related qualification
  • Basic knowledge of any of the following programming languages is a plus (C++, .net, Java, HTML, JavaScript, PHP,XML)
  • Able to create workflow diagram/chart using MS Visio
  • Very good knowledge in SQL Querying.
  • Knowledge of Maximo is a plus
